Return & Exchange Policy

At JaZub, we are committed to ensuring the quality of every product we deliver. However, if you face any issues, we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction.


1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

Our replacement policy applies in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects in the product

  • Product received damaged during delivery (e.g., mirror, lamp, etc.)

  • Wrong product delivered instead of what was ordered


2. Conditions Where Exchange is Not Applicable

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Damage caused due to customer mishandling (e.g., dropping, scratches, etc.)

  • Used products or customized items (size, design, or color modified as per request)


3. Issue Reporting Time

  • Any issue must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the product

  • Requests made after 12 hours will not be accepted


4. Unboxing Video (Mandatory) ⚠️

  • A clear unboxing video is required while opening the package

  • Claims for damaged or missing items will not be accepted without video proof


5. Product Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with all parts and accessories included

  2. Our team will contact you within 24 hours after submission

7. Delivery & Return Charges

  • If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), replacement will be completely free

  • If the exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer must bear the delivery and return charges


8. Important Disclaimer

  • For courier deliveries, there is a risk of damage. We recommend checking the product in front of the delivery person

  • Damage caused due to improper assembly or installation will not be covered under this policy
