Delivery Policy

At JaZub, we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery across Bangladesh. Please review our delivery process and charges below:

1. Regular Delivery

We offer delivery services both inside and outside Dhaka.

Inside Dhaka City:

  • Delivery Time: Within 72 hours (delivery may take longer for customized products)

  • Delivery Charge: 100 BDT (may increase for oversized or heavy products)

Outside Dhaka:

  • Delivery Time: 4 working days (delivery may take longer for customized products)

  • Delivery Charge: 150 BDT (may increase for oversized or heavy products)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type.

2. Mirror Delivery (Special Condition)

Currently, mirror products are delivered only within:

  • Dhaka

  • Gazipur

  • Narayanganj

  • Delivery Charge for Mirror: 200 BDT

3. Delivery Charge Offers

If any promotional offer is active, delivery charges may be reduced accordingly.

4. How You Will Receive Your Order

Your order will be delivered directly to your provided address (home or office). Our delivery partner may contact you before or during delivery if necessary.
